Dennis founded Echelon Fine Home Builders in 1999 with a vision to create exceptional custom homes. His leadership and commitment to excellence have shaped the company's reputation for over 25 years.

Susan manages our office operations with precision and care, ensuring seamless communication between clients, contractors, and our team. She's your first point of contact for any questions.
Greg Johnson
Greg brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience in fine homebuilding, custom fabrication, architectural design, and construction leadership. As General Manager, he is helping carry Echelon's standards into the next chapter, with a steady focus on craftsmanship, communication, and building homes that reflect each client's vision.
Jon Sims
Jon brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential builds. A licensed HVAC expert, plumbing specialist, and remodeler, Jon has worked with Echelon for over 3 years innovating toward more efficient and cost effective ways to deliver for our customers.
Rusty Rathert
Rusty oversees all aspects of our home care business, ensuring our clients are always satisfied and well taken care of. His expertise spans 35 years in construction. As part of our team, Rusty is also the lead on several of our custom home projects.
Heather Kalmikov
Heather manages all financial, real estate, and mortgage coordination for our projects. Her expertise in construction financing and real estate transactions ensures smooth processes from land acquisition through project completion.
